**Discounted hourly rates may apply if Maintenance Service Agreement initiated
This inspection checklist is typically performed during one of our Preventive Maintenance service visits. In most cases, we recommend only two visits per year at equal intervals. One of those visits is an Annual where we may perform a few extra services.
