SERVICE INSPECTION CHECKLIST

Finish Equipment: Paint Booth, Cure Oven, Collector Module Service

  • Inspect all motors.
  • Grease motor bearings.
  • Verify proper voltage/amperage of all motors.
  • Tension belts as necessary – replace if worn.
  • Check condition of pulleys/bushings.
  • Inspect blowers or tube axial fans.
  • Grease fan/blower bearings.
  • Inspect damper assemblies.
  • Adjust damper assemblies if required.
  • Inspect Intake, Exhaust & Recirculation plenums.
  • Inspect door latches/hinges – adjust.
  • Grease hinges.
  • Inspect door gaskets, clean as needed.
  • Calibrate booth pressure, zero magnehelic.
  • Adjust changeover piston timing if required.
  • Verify proper operation of all safety airflow switches.
  • Balance booth airflow.
  • Run equipment through all cycles, verify operation.
  • Inspect control panels and VFD’s.
  • Thermal image panel & terminal connections.
  • Inspection of pneumatic air system.
  • Inspect rooftop AMU ductwork, dampers & penetrations.
  • Inspect booth interior and exterior.
  • Caulk repairs if required.
  • Replace customer-provided Pre/MAU filters.
  • Replace customer-provided ceiling filters.
  • Replace customer-provided exhaust or pit filter.

This inspection checklist is typically performed during one of our Preventive Maintenance service visits. In most cases, we recommend only two visits per year at equal intervals. One of those visits is an Annual where we may perform a few extra services.
